I contracted at POSSIBLE on this project. We designed almost the entire site on P&G’s preferred platform, which had separate sites for desktop and smart phone. When the brand sold to Mars, we took the desktop layouts and designed a responsive site from there.
We worked under a fantastic Art Director and Creative Director. My fellow designer and I designed every page of the site to be consistent with their creative vision. We selected imagery and made design decisions on a daily basis, then sought their approval.
I took the lead on ensuring the designs were technically accurate. I developed a custom grid to be used on desktop, tablet, and smart phone. I regularly checked designs to make sure they would work on a responsive site. And I developed a style guide detailing all aspects of the site’s styling and structure.
After the site was developed, I represented the design team in the QA process.
